Requesting a refund

We want you to love your Wellinda experience! If for any reason you aren’t fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. You can return your items within 30 days of the order date for a full refund of the purchase price (less shipping charges).


How to get started:

Simply send a friendly email to our team at [email protected] during our business hours (Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST). To help us speed things up for you, please include:

  • Your Shipment Number and the date it arrived.

  • A quick note about the issue at hand.

  • A photo of the products and their seals. This helps us confirm the condition and process your request much faster!


Our "Try-It-Out" Policy:

We know you need to try a supplement to see if it’s right for you! To balance your experience with our safety regulations, we use the following guidelines:

  • Single Items: Feel free to try it out! You can return a single container even if it has been opened and partially used.

  • Bundled Items: If you bought a pack of the same supplement, you can open and try the first container. To receive a full refund for the bundle, all other containers must remain unopened, sealed, and in good condition.

  • Safety First: For health and regulatory reasons, we cannot accept returns on multiple opened bottles or items where the safety seal was tampered with (outside of that first "trial" bottle). Of course, if an item arrives defective or damaged, we will replace it immediately!


A note on Final Sale:

Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance are non-refundable. Please note that this does not apply to our regular bulk-buy bundles—those are still covered by our 30-day guarantee!
