Change of heart?
We’ll do our absolute best to help! Because we aim to get your orders moving within 24–48 hours, cancellations can only be processed if the order hasn’t shipped out yet.
Timing is everything:
Our team is in the office Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST.
If you reach out after hours: Since our warehouse systems move quickly, we might not be able to catch the package before it heads your way if you email us over the weekend or on a holiday.
If it’s already on its way: If we can’t stop the shipment in time, don’t worry! You can still return it to us once it arrives. Just keep in mind that you would be responsible for the return shipping costs.
To request a cancellation, please email [email protected] with your Order Number and the reason for cancellation.
