I accidentally paid more than once

Our process:

Our billing specialists are available Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (excluding major US holidays). Once we verify the extra charge, we will immediately issue a refund to your original payment method.

Note on bank timing: While we send the funds back right away, most banks take about 7–10 business days to show the credit on your statement. If it doesn't show up immediately, it's likely just waiting for your bank’s next billing cycle!
